A. Service-Based Work (Integrations & Custom Development)

Our team begins allocating time and resources once a service is confirmed. For these projects:

  • Full Refund: Available if the project has not yet started.
  • Partial Refund: If the project has started but is not completed, a partial refund may be offered based on the proportion of work done.
  • No Refund: Once a project has been completed, or if more than 70% of the work is done, we do not offer a refund.

Please note: All refund evaluations are based on project milestones and internal logs.

B. Digital Products (Plugins, Tools, SaaS Licenses)

As digital products are delivered instantly and can be accessed immediately:

  • Non-Refundable: Once a digital product is delivered, downloaded, or accessed, it becomes non-refundable.
  • Exceptions:
